Jorge is a strong young man who works hard in the microcommunity supporting the maintenance staff by his own initiative. Due to the loss of his father and his mother’s inability to care for him and guarantee his rights, he came to the microcommunity. He has grown in many ways during his time here. His studies have steadily improved as he was behind for his age due to lack of access to education. He enjoys speaking English and playing games with the other kids in the microcommunity.
